If you're trying to get help with a technical issue, it's best to email your department help address, or dahhelp@ucsd.edu, rather than contacting one of us directly.  You can also call our helpdesk phone line at x4AHIT (x42448).  That way you can get help even if somebody else is covering things while your normal support person is unavailable.
